| HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM? |
Returns or exchanges can be made within 30 days of receiving the item,
in new condition with all original tags and documentation. Please include a note
with the first and last name of the person who ordered (so we can find it in our system), and stating whether
you would like to return it for a refund or exchange it for another item. For exchanges, you will be
charged again for shipping; we will only reimburse you the shipping charges for returns/exchanges
that are a result of our error. We cannot accept exchanges or returns on customized jerseys.

| WHAT IS A "DROP SHIPPED" ITEM? |
When an item is drop shipped, it means that we do not carry the item in our retail
stores, but we do offer it online. We place an order with the manufacturer for the
item and then the manufacturer ships the item directly to you. Although all drop ship
companies have different time frames for delivery, the drop-shipped item will usually
be shipped within three weeks upon placing the order. Please note that most drop-ship companies will not ship to PO Boxes.
If the item is a portion of an order that contains items that are not being drop shipped,
it will be shipped separately. The drop shipped item can not be tracked with
the UPS tracking number that we provide. If you wish to track a drop shipped item, please
contact our customer service department and we would be more than happy to help you out.

| WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? |
When ordering an item, please note that there is a built-in 1-3 days of processing time before your order is shipped.
This 1-3 day period reflects the amount of time it takes to get the item from one of our retail locations,
process the order, package it and ship it. Once this is completed, the shipping method you chose will take effect.
Some of our products ship out of our warehouse, while others will be sent to you directly
from the manufacturer (See "what is a drop shipped item?") If your merchandise is coming from us,
we ship every business day using UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air with tracking and insurance. Orders being sent
to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, Alaska, or Hawaii will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. All merchandise
shipped from our warehouse or one of our retail locations will ship fro Seattle, Washington. Please consult this
map to see how long it should take for your package to arrive if you select UPS Ground.

Most orders coming to you directly from the manufacturer take about the same amount of time.
However, some items are created specially for you when the order is placed and that can take
longer. Please note that typing your credit card number or expiration date incorrectly will
result in a delay in shipping.

| CAN I CUSTOM ORDER A JERSEY? |
Yes! You can have your own name and number combination put on a jersey, or you can choose any current
player's name and number. However, we cannot make jerseys with the names of retired players.
We also cannot make jerseys with profanity.
Please note that customized jerseys take 2-3 weeks to produce and cannot be returned/exchanged.

Yes! We have several stores located around the Seattle area. For a list of our retail locations,

| I SENT AN EMAIL BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED A REPLY |
Here at Seattle Teams.com we try to answer all our emails as quickly as possible. If it has been several days and you
have not yet received a reply, first, check your email spam folder; recently we've been having a problem with AOL email
accounts filtering our messages out as spam. If you have an auto-reply system set up on your email account, that will
also cause our messages to bounce back to us.
If you have checked both of these things and have still not recieved a reply, please call us, and we
will try and resolve your problem as quickly as possible. |

| IT HAS BEEN SEVERAL WEEKS AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER YET |
This may have occurred for a number of reasons:
DROP SHIP ITEMS:
Some larger items may be drop ship items, even if they were not noted as such on our website.
Alternately, it may be an item we usually carry and are out of stock on, but are able to order directly from the manufacturer.
Please check your order confirmation to see if the missing item(s) is/are drop shipped.
BAD ADDRESS:
Sometimes, UPS does not like the address that is supplied, and will hold the package at their facility while
they research the correct address. This can be a result of a mis-key when you placed your order, or UPS’ inability
to recognize your correct address within their system.
You can track your package by clicking the link in your tracking email (unless your item was shipped via the postal service)
and look for a notification in the results page. If they are researching your address, please
call or email with the proper address, and we will resolve the issue with UPS.
Please note that UPS cannot ship to PO Boxes, so if you supplied a PO box address and shipped via UPS,
this could be the cause of your delay. However, usually we catch this error and reroute your shipment through the USPS.
OUT OF STOCK:
Occassionally we will receive more orders than we have merchandise. Our website is linked directly to our inventory, and while the
system will not allow one customer to order two of an item when we only have one left, it will allow two seperate customers to order each order one.
If your item(s) is/are out of stock, we will send you an email to notify you, and provide a coupon code for free
shipping on your next order, for the inconvience. If you have not received this email, please see the
I have not received an email section of our FAQ.
