Easy Exchange & Return Form

Instructions: Please fill out this easy form to notify us of the reason for your return / exchange and print it by clicking the button at the bottom of the page. Make sure to print a copy for your own records as well. You MUST include this packing slip with your exchange / return and indicate the reason for returning items. All returns & exchanges received without a completed Easy Exchange & Return Form will be charged a restocking fee. Returns and exchanges will be handled pursuant to our return & exchange policies and will be processed within 10 business days of receipt at our processing center.
IF YOU ARE EXCHANGING A PRODUCT please also call us so that we can pick and hold the item you wish to receive in exchange for the one you are sending back. If you do not, we cannot guarantee that the item you wish to receive in exchange for the one you are sending back will be in stock.

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase on items in new condition, with tags AND original documentation. If the return / exchange is a result of our error, we will pay the return shipping, and any shipping charges needed to correct the error. We do not pay for shipping on customer initiated returns. Please note that customized items, drop-shipped items, gift cards, lingerie, traded player merchandise, items in used condition, and items without applicable tags, packaging and/or documentation are NOT returnable.
